REO Spain Projektentwicklungs GmbH, Hamburg, registered in the commercial register of the local court of Hamburg under the number HRB 137179, as the issuer of the bearer bonds 2015, ISIN: DE000A2PBE40 / WKN A2PBE4, announces that the option for the first term extension pursuant to § 3.1 in conjunction with § 8 of the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds will be exercised.
The Bonds will therefore - with the exception of a termination pursuant to § 7 of the Terms and Conditions - now be redeemed on May 4, 2020 at 100 % of their then remaining nominal amount plus accrued interest and the profit participation specified in § 2.3 of the Terms and Conditions.
