REO Spanien Projektentwicklungs GmbH, ISIN DE000A13SH22, WKN A13SH2, registered in the Commercial Register at the Local Court of Hamburg, HRB 137179, (“Issuer”), announces that the shareholders' meeting of the Issuer by resolution of 6 March 2019 appointed Mr. Jochen Küst and Mr. Tobias Meyer as managing directors of REO Spanien Projektentwicklungs GmbH. Mr. Küst and Mr. Meyer thus take over the function of Mr. Jost Rodewald with effect from 6 March 2019, who is leaving the management at his own request and was therefore also dismissed by the shareholders' meeting of the Issuer by resolution of 6 March 2019.
