Key responsibilities

  • Management of financial activities and internal accounting for the Real Estate developments
  • Financial analysis and reporting, forecasting
  • Budget deviation analysis
  • Cash management
  • Participation in audits
  • Tax reports
  • Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Key requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in accounting and/or controlling experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Business Administration, Finance or Economics university background
  • Fluent English
  • Real Estate financial certifications, an asset (eg. MSI)
  • Knowledge of Prinex or Salesforce
  • Team work skills
  • Attention to details, structured approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
  • Responsible and independent
