For our office in Madrid AQ Acentor is seeking a

Commercial Assistant (f/m/d)

Key responsibilities

  • Support for the sales department throughout the sales cycle, from pre-marketing to delivery
  • CRM management to support commercial issues in order to produce reports for analysis
  • Support to the internal and external sales force
  • Upload databases to elaboration of commercial reports in sale and rent
  • Collaboration with the marketing department in the revision and updating of Real Estate Portals
  • Support to attendance at public deeds
  • Support to the sales administration department in the compilation of customer documentation and its custody in physical and digital format

Key requirements

  • At least one-year experience in a property developer
  • Administrative and organized profile
  • Team oriented and able to work in a growing company
  • Proactive, dynamic and hard worker with a flexible mind-set and an organized work structure
  • Willing to take over more and more responsibility
  • Very good communication skills
  • MS-Office advanced user, mainly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • CRM knowledge is valued
  • English skills
