Design and develop a comprehensive technology architecture that supports the organization's goals and objectives.
Document and update such architecture to serve as the single source of truth for technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Drive the collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that can improve business processes and increase efficiency.
Develop and implement technology standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization.
Collaborate with the Project and Product teams to implement new technologies and ensure that existing systems are optimized and integrated.
Conduct regular architecture reviews, with focus on reducing complexity, technical debt and overall cost of ownership. Support Product Owners in efficiently choosing the required type and number of licenses.
Evaluate technology vendors and products to identify the best solutions for the organization.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Your qualifications
Successfully completed studies in Computer Science or Engineering or a comparable training
At least 2-3 years´ experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company or consultancy firm
Experience in the description of functional requirements as use cases, user stories. including the definition of acceptance criteria and the translation of these into technical requirements. Having performed these activities in Jira and Confluence is a plus
experience with EA tools would be a plus, e.g. Ardoq, or simliar
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Proven ability to constructively challenge the status quo and derive improvements from it
Strong communication skills, teamwork and initiative
Confident appearance, high flexibility and willingness to take personal responsibility
Fluency in English is a must, German or Spanish language sills is considered as a plus
