Originally named Aquila Capital Services, Caveras Treuhand was founded in 2004 as a trustee and liaison for investors in interaction with their different investment holdings. As trustee, Caveras professionally represents your interests for the duration of your holding, answering any questions in connection with your investment holding and responding to your concerns.

Caveras Treuhand offers the following services on the basis of specific trustee and administration agreements:

• Keeping shareholders regularly informed of investment holding performance
• Processing commercial register entries and deletions
• Implementing guardianships and powers of attorney
• Handling the transfer or sale of shares
• Organizing and conducting shareholder meeting incl. voting on resolutions
