Manager Marketing & Sales (m/f) – part-time

to fill a 20-hour-a-week part-time post in Hamburg. 

Your tasks will be

• Processing of national and international request catalogues from institutional investors
• Conception and setting up of tenders and marketing materials, etc, presentations and pitchbooks
• Processing of  clients’ RFPs (requests for proposal) and RFIs (requests for information)
• Coordination and management in the area of Marketing, Sales and Distribution, and Fund Management
• Setting up project schedules for all parties involved
• Optimization of internal timelines for efficient processing of investors’ requests
• Organization and chairing of internal meetings
• Quality assurance of the contents of externally communicated tenders

The successful applicant will have

• 5 to 10 years work experience in the field of sales and marketing
• Experience in describing and portraying marketing products and services
• Experience in the successful implementation of projects to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in both English and German
• Organization skills
• Ability to work in a team

Skills in the field of Financial Services (in particular Institutional Asset Management) would be desirable
